Greetings! I’m Airel Venegas, a proud member of the Rosenwinkel team since 2024. Originally from Illinois, I grew up in Indiana, where I met and married my high school sweetheart, who has been a steadfast support throughout my life. His presence has been central to my growth both mentally and spiritually.
With a background in theater, I’ve always had a passion for the arts. Theater taught me to appreciate storytelling, self-expression, and the beauty of human emotions, both on and off the stage.
Whether it’s appreciating a powerful performance or creating something of my own, I love engaging with creativity. Watching films with my husband is one of my favorite pastimes, and I also enjoy painting floral arrangements in shades of periwinkle and French blue. l often incorporate these shades into my art, finding that they bring a sense of calm and balance to each piece.
I’m a big fan of history, and spending time in museums surrounded by artifacts brings me peace and inspiration. Growing up in the Midwest, I also look forward to carnival season each year—the treats, thrill rides, and warm weather make it the best time of year.
Being part of the Rosenwinkel team at such a formative time in my career has been invaluable. I am incredibly grateful to Ed and Tami, who saw potential in me and have created a workplace where we all feel supported and valued. Looking ahead, I'm excited to keep growing both personally and professionally, and l'm fortunate to have such an incredible team by my side on this journey.
